Research and Academic Interests

  • Research Interests: Microbial physiology and technology: fungal metabolism, application of glyconanotechnology in the control of fungal infections, analysis of fungal metabolites, proteomics of lignocelluloses degradation, and molecular biology.
  • Teaching Interests: Microbial physiology and biotechnology, separations and identification of organic compounds, molecular biology and genetic engineering.
